How do the membership tiers differ?

We offer 6, 9, and 12-month memberships for each model of vehicle, tailored to your seasonal needs. Longer tiers provide the greatest value for year-round residents and high-occupancy rental owners in Destin and Miramar Beach.

Who is responsible for the admin fees?

To keep your operations effortless and profitable, guest admin fees are handled directly by your visitors during booking, ensuring your membership remains a high-value, flat-rate investment for your property.

What is the Quick-Swap Guarantee?

Vacations are for relaxing, not waiting for repairs. If a cart experiences any mechanical issues, we swap it for a fresh vehicle immediately so your guests never miss a moment of their holiday.

Are personal use discounts included?

Absolutely. Members receive exclusive discounts on additional cart needs for their personal stays or for visiting family members throughout the year, making your coastal retreat even more enjoyable.

Street Legal LSV FAQs

Who is allowed to drive the LSVs?

All drivers must be licensed and insured, and at least 21 years of age to operate our LSVs.

What are the rules for children and car seats?

For safety, children under age 10 are not permitted in the front seat. Children under age 5 or those requiring a car seat or booster must be securely buckled into a car seat or booster seat in accordance with Florida law.

How many passengers can ride in one cart?

Each cart has a maximum capacity of 6 passengers. Seatbelts are required for everyone—one passenger per belt. Children are not permitted to ride on laps.

Where can I legally drive the LSV?

LSVs are street legal on any road with a speed limit of 35 mph or less. Please note they are strictly prohibited on US HWY 98 (Emerald Coast Pkwy). All standard traffic laws apply.

Can I drive on the beach, sidewalk, or grass?

No. LSVs are treated as motor vehicles and must remain on paved roads. Parking is only permitted in regular vehicle or designated LSV parking spots.

Who is responsible for tickets, towing, or damages?

The guest is fully responsible for all parking tickets, towing fees, or damages incurred during the rental period.

What happens if I lose the key?

A $75 fee applies for any lost, missing, or broken keys.
